June 19, 2019 By Shalini 55 Comments

Given an option to go back to Thailand, I would choose Krabi any day and just stay there. These days, I wake up wishing I could be immediately transported back to the beautiful beaches this island has to offer.  Those days with a mango shake in hand, walking along the powdery beaches and wore little…

Phuket, Thailand

April 19, 2017 By Shalini 14 Comments

My first destination in Thailand was Phuket, via Bangkok. Considered to be the travel destination for bachelors, when you hear Pattaya, all you think of is the neon lights, thumping music, bustling nightlife, parties, ladyboys, risqué shows and massages and drunk tourists. Phuket Simon Cabaret

Thailand Cabaret Shows are a treat to the eyes. We had chosen the Simon Cabaret Show at Phuket and were floored. We didn’t know what to expect but was up for it as it was highly recommended by friends who had visited the place. The Phuket Simon Cabaret has been entertaining its audience since about…

Bangkok - Bangkok Images - Things to do in Bangkok - Infrastructure of Bangkok

Nothing I thought I had learned from various sites, pamphlets and friends prepared me for the capital city of Thailand, the mesmerizing Bangkok. I was enthralled by the different facets of the city – the infrastructure and skyscrapers, culture and religion, shopping malls and markets, flyovers and sky trains and yes, the haven for legal…
