there’s something ridiculously exciting about opening book mail, isn’t?

i just finished The Night We Met by Abby Jimenez and i feel… conflicted.

mother’s day felt a little emotional this year, and then this man quietly walked in with four amazon packages

mother’s day was almost over and then my husband surprised me with a giant amazon package full of books

at this point i trust muffy’s decisions more than my own 🐾📚

if summer had a reading moodboard, this would probably be mine.

this book hit very close to home for me. maybe because i am an army wife myself, i could relate to so many emotions between the lines. and yes, i cried buckets. even when you know what’s coming, it still breaks you.
