Two years of Engagement Special <3
It’s as if I had been on hibernation. Where was I? Not on holiday, nothing!I was just being lazy.. 🙁 So, I’m back with a bang! This is me, presenting to you- Paneer Tikka Pizza. Yesterday was our Two years of Engagement Day. He cutely forgot that! I can’t nag, cos he at least remembers our wedding anniversary. That is too much to ask for! 🙂 So, I had purchased a ready-made pizza base an prepared this for me with a sticky note. If you are a regular follower of my blog, by now you would know that I love keeping post-it s for him 🙂 He adored my Pizza and guess what I found when I reached back home from work(12am)??? A lovely Mongini’s Choco Cake.. My fav!!! <3 <3

Ingredients:
Topping:
Pasta sauce/pizza sauce 1 1/2 tblsp, Onion-1/2 cubed, Tomato- 1/2,Chopped, De-seeded, Capsicum-1/2,cubed, Panner tikka-As needed, Grated Cheese- For topping, Italian seasoning(I diddn’t have; hence used chilli flakes and Oregano)- For topping
Paneer tikka Marination:
Paneer cubes- 1/2 cup, Hung curd-3 tblsp, Red chilli powder- 1/2 tsp, Pepper powder-1/2 – 1 tsp, Tandoori masala powder- 1/2tsp, Lemon juice- 1/2 of a lemon, Ajwain/Carom seeds-1 tsp,Salt and oil
Method:
Marinate Paneer cubes for 30mins and toss on a pan. You can
Grease pan with oil and place Pizza base. Spread pizza sauce evenly. I didn’t have one, so I used tomato sauce 🙂
Grate cheese. Spread paneer tikkas, onion, capsicum and tomato. Grate cheese again. Cover with lid and steam for a couple of minutes so that the cheese melts. Sprinkle chilli flakes and oregano or Italian seasoning. Cut and Serve hot 🙂
