If you’ve been around here for a bit, you know my Kindle is literally my emotional support device. I take it everywhere- from my cozy reading nook to vacations, and even when I’m just chilling in the garden with coffee. So, it felt only right to give it a little makeover that reflects me and my current reading mood.

I recently switched from a basic flip case to a transparent Kindle cover, and oh my god. It’s the best decision ever. Here’s how I gave my Kindle a glow-up with stickers, and made it look cute and so me!
Why decorate your Kindle?
Because why not?
Okay, on a serious note. Decorating my Kindle makes it feel more personal and fun. Every time I pick it up to read, I smile because it reflects my vibe. Plus, it’s such a small, easy thing that makes a big difference. I change up my Kindle look depending on my mood (yes, I’m that person).
Call it extra, call it silly, childish or girlie. But that’s just who I am. And I’m owning it.
My Kindle Makeover: What I Used
This time, I went for:
👉 A transparent Kindle case (so the stickers can shine through and I’m obsessed!)
👉 Cute stickers that are very me:
- Emotional Support Kindle (because… facts)
- Fantasy Reader
- Mom Hair Don’t Care (shoutout to all the messy bun days!)
- A doodle of a girl and dog (because Muffy had to be represented)
- Moana hugging a book (because obvio!)
- Iced coffee + beach hat (for those forever summer vibes)

I arranged them, stared at them for too long, changed positions (because indecisive, hello), and finally stuck them on. Then I snapped on the transparent cover and done!
I didn’t stick them to the Kindle, per se. Because I didn’t want to leave any sticky residue, and also, I am paranoid as such. It also makes it easier to change the decor as per my needs.
Tips if you want to decorate your Kindle
Clean your Kindle before sticking anything on. No dust, no regrets
Plan your sticker layout because trust me, take a pic before you start sticking
Choose stickers that spark joy (and maybe tell your story too)
Don’t be afraid to switch it up when you’re bored. That’s the fun of it!

Other fun Kindle decoration ideas
💡 Switch your stickers with seasons (hello autumn leaves, winter vibes, spring florals)
💡 Add a charm or little keychain to the case, just like I did.
💡 Go minimal or full-on sticker bomb. Your Kindle, your rules
Here’s the video below because I can’t stop looking at my Kindle now.
It’s cute, it’s mine, and I love how it turned out.

I’m always personalising everything I own, from phone cases to stationery, and your tips for using cute wallpapers, fonts, and cover art made me want to jazz up my own ipad soon.
Thanks. Don’t know where I mentioned that though.
Emotional support device.. I totally oved it! Lovely stickers you have got there.. Nice collection.
Hey thanks!
Love how cute your kindle looks with those stickers and covers , all decked up and making a statement too.
Emotional support device – is a nice touch.
Your Kindle is so colourful. IT reminds me of my daughter, who keeps adding all sorts of stickers, personalised trinkets, name and all on her phone case. She has more than a dozen and keeps changing them according to her moods.
Honestly, I am a total opposite. I usually keep my devices plain, identity-less, and probably boring. I am not into stickers and decoration but but but I love how your Kindle looks after the decoration. It is cute, funny, and feels alive. Now I get it, because this would definitely spark a smile whenever I look at it!
I saw your reel of decorating kindle and i loved it so much. I have a kindle but never tried to decorate it in fear that stickers migt leave marks.
I just place them and never stick it ‘cos of the same fear 😛
You’ve dressed up your Kindle in the most adorable way, Shalini. But then you are super creative and have an eye for wonderful things! Love this so much!
That’s a really cute sticker gadget. I don’t have a Kindle, but I will try this with my phone, personalised and awesome.
Wow, who knew decorating a Kindle could be so satisfying? I’m already eyeing some stickers and vinyl decals from your suggestions. Your step‑by‑step thoughts made it feel totally doable!
I dont have a kindle device with me but I liked your case and the best part what I really liked you loved your kindle just like a mom who loved dressing up her baby in the best possible way to shower her love.
It’s amazing how a few simple touches can make such a small device feel so much more personal and fun. Definitely inspired to give mine a little glow-up too. Thanks for the inspiration, Shalini

Loved how you made your Kindle reflect your personality, it looks absolutely adorable. If I ever own a Kindle, I’d totally take inspiration from this!
Recently, I created my reading corner. I don’t have a kindle and prefer reading from my cell phone or laptop. But if I ever buy it in future will surely do something to make it look attractive.
Aww, I love how your Kindle feels like a little piece of your personality. Mine just sits there all plain and boring. If I asked my daughter, she would probably give it a mini makeover too. Moana hugging a book… that totally melted me.
You are so cute and so creative! You are an aesthetically inclined person, just like me and that’s why I like you even more!

Woah…I’m going to decorate my iPad.. this blog is so highly creative. Using the tips. Thank you so much!
I am still a paperback reader. Yet to shift to eBooks. But loved how you decorated it
I guess I am too prosaic!
As a fellow reader, I absolutely adore this! Your Kindle makeover feels like a love letter to your reading life—personal, joyful, and unapologetically you. It radiates cozy, bookish charm!
Those are such cute ideas! I dont have a kindle but surely enjoyed the creativity!
I’m a sucker for decoration so are my kids. Love my laptop and phone cases having stickers . Your device looks so cute
This is so cute. I loved the stickers. The one with mom hair, don’t care is my favorite. This reminds me of how we used to decorate our journals when we were young.
I never thought of this, Shalini. But you are so creative, and your ideas are so cool! Now, I’m super tempted. 🙂
I am a fan of paper books, and that’s the reason I never bought a Kindle. But I love decorating my laptop and bookcase and really liked the stickers. Your Kindle looked so good. Just checked your Instagram.
Have never personalised my Kindle or my laptop, like ever. I guess my middle-class mentatlity shines through in this area, for I think it spoils the value of the device :).
However, your decoration has tempted me, let me see if I can convince myself to put some stickers now.
