I was under the impression that making Fish Curry was a very tedious job. But, it was proved wrong when I actually tried to make one. It was perfect and easier than cooking Chicken!! Yet again, I have made sure that P hogs the food I prepare.
Fish pieces, Grated Coconut-5spn, Chilli powder- 1tbsp, Coriander powder- 1/2tbsp, Turmeric powder- 1/4spn, Green Chilly- 2, Ginger- 1″, Garlic- 2pods, Shallots- 2, Salt, Oil, Curry leaves- as required, Coccum- 2pieces
Grind the coconut and all spices.
In a clay pot, add this mixture, 2 glasses of water and coccum. Mix well, add slit green chillies, ginger and garlic. Let it boil. Add salt.
Add the cleaned fish pieces. Let it cook.
When done, add the curry leaves and little oil. Close with a lid for sometime.
