Mangoes are here!! Yayy…. Right now I have about 3 kg of mangoes in my pantry and I have come up with few of my favorite Mango recipes. Refreshing and cool, this is apt to overcome the scorching summer heat 🙂
3 medium size mangoes, 2 cups of milk, 2 teaspoon of sugar, 4 small ice cubes, dry fruits like cashew, almond, pistachois to garnish (optional)
Wash and peel the mangoes. Chop into cubes. Add this into the blender along with milk.
Add sugar considering the sweetness of mangoes. Add ice cubes at this stage or you can add the ice cubes while serving the mango shake. Blend till smooth.
Add the chopped dry fruits for garnishing.
