Chicken Hirwa Masala (Green Chicken Curry)

O yes, Coriander(Cilantro) is one of my favorite ingredients. I’m ready to add it to any dishes, ANY- may it be a salad, some dry recipe, veg, non-veg….Oh, ANYTHING!! You name it, and I’m willing to use it . There may be a few of you who doesn’t like even a slight tinge of coriander in their dishes, say, for example, my Mom. This is definitely not for you. So..bhaaagooo… to another recipe of your choice.

A nice change from the usual Red curries, this is sure to blow your mind away.



Grind coriander leaves,green chillies and cashews in to a fine paste. Put oil in the pan. Splutter cumin seeds and coriander seeds. Add garlic- ginger paste,curd,salt and turmeric powder. Add the blended paste. Add chicken stir it for 4-5 mins,then allow it to cook.
