Quite easy to make, this can be a spicy and tasty appetizer. P literally hogged the entire thing. Thank Goodness, that I had something left for clicking the pic, and that’s because I had to shoo him away.

Ingredients:
Prawns – 500gms, Lemon juice- 1 tbsp,Turmeric pwd- ¼ tsp,Garam masala pwd- ½ tbsp, Ginger garlic paste- ½tbsp,Egg white- 1,Red chilly pwd- 1 tbsp, Corn flour- 1 tbsp, Pepper pwd- ½ tsp, Salt to taste,Oil to fry, Fresh curry leaves
Method:
Marinate the prawns with salt, lemon juice, turmeric pwd, garam masala pwd, ginger garlic paste, egg white, red chilly pwd, corn flour and pepper pwd. Mix and keep aside for 30 mins.
Heat oil in a pan. Deep fry the marinated prawns in batches in medium flame. Remove.
Heat a tsp of oil in another fry pan and Sauté curry leaves until it turns crispy. Add to the fried prawns and serve hot.
