After a heavy Sunday lunch, with Chicken Biriyani, I decided to go light for dinner. This was also an opportunity to make P have some bread! O yeah, he hates Bread, anything with Bread- sandwiches, anything for that matter. So, I decided to give it a try.
P.S: the pic is outrageous, esp cos I didn’t use many Breads. I was in a dilemma on P’s taste. But he loved it, and said he is ready to have the same every night.
Bread – 4 slices (brown or white bread), Onion- 1 big or 2 medium, Egg-2, Green chilli – 2 slit, Ginger powder -1/2 tsp, Red chilly powder – a pinch, Chicken masala- 1 tsp, Ghee or oil – 2tsp, Salt to taste, Mustard seeds – 1/2 tsp, Coriander leaves and 1tsp Ketchup
Then add bread pieces(cut in square pieces or crumble them) and toss until bread is well coated with the masala. Add ketchup and coriander leaves.
Variations can include adding finely chopped tomatoes or capsicum.
