A week of continuous “blogging” was interrupted when my Lappy decided to give up. Now that he is back in full swing, I can continue posting my recipes.
So, here’s one easy to make Paneer dish which I cook quite often.
Paneer – 150 gms
Jeera – 1 tsp
Onion (finely chopped) – 2
Tomato (finely chopped) – 1
Capsicum – 1/2
Ginger-garlic paste – 1 tspn
Turmeric powder – a pinch
Chilli powder- 1/2 tspn
Coriander powder – 1/2 tspn
Oil – 2tbspn
Pour oil and add Jeera. When it splutters, add and saute onions.
Add ginger-garlic paste and the powders. Mix well for a couple of minutes.
Add salt, tomatoes and capsicum too.
Add the paneer cubes to it, close with a lid and cook for a couple of minutes.
Garnish with coriander leaves and Serve hot.
