Chicken Fried Rice

So, I finalized with Chicken Fried Rice that could go with Chicken Manchurian.

Chicken Manjurian

Ingredients:

Rice- 3 cups (cooked), Oil- 3tbsp, Garlic- 1tbsp (finely chopped), Onion – 1 (finely chopped), Green chillies- 2, Cabbage- 1/2 cup, Capsicum – 1, Boneless chicken – 125gm, Salt- to taste, Pepper powder- 1/2 tsp, Soya sauce – 1 1/2tsp

Method:

Cook rice with salt and 1tsp oil. Note that rice should only be almost done, each should remain separate.

Boil 2 cups of water with 1/2tsp salt. Ad chicken and cook for 5 mins till soft. Remove and shred into thin strips.

Heat oil in wok. Add garlic and stir. Add onions and saute.

Add green chillies, cabbage and capsicum. Stir fry for 2 mins.

Add the shredded chicken and saute for a minute. Add salt and pepper too.

Mix with soya sauce. Add another 1/2 tsp if you like a darker colour.

Add rice and stir fry for 2 more mins.

Serve hot.
