A quick recipe that is sure to melt your heart.

Chicken – 250gms
Onion – 4
Garlic- 6 cloves
Red Chillies(halved) – 5
Pepper powder/ Cracked pepper cones- 1 tbspn
Cinnamon Sticks – 2
Saute onions in oil until golden brown. Add crushed garlic and saute for a couple of minutes.
Add the red chillies, chicken, salt, pepper and cinnamon sticks and mix well.
Cook covered over low heat for 20mins while stirring every 5mins.
The chicken would be coated with pepper and onion and would be tender.
