Garlic Rice

Wanted to try out something easy but with a difference.

I was honestly doubtful about SV liking this recipe, but yes, he did!!

Garlic Rice

Ingredients:

Cooked Basmati Rice – 2 cups

Crushed Garlic – 8pods

Chopped green chillies – 3

Ghee – 2tbsp

Dry fruits – as required

Chopped fresh coriander

Salt and pepper – to taste

Method:

In a wok, heat ghee.

Add the crushed garlic and green chillies and saute for a minute.

Add dry fruits and saute again for a min.

Add the cooked rice and sprinkle salt and pepper. Mix well.

Garnish with coriander and server hot 🙂
